We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing creative studio and work in partnership with our Content Lead/Senior Copywriter. Your primary responsibility will be to support the generation of strong visual and graphical solutions to our clients’ marketing challenges.


This is a dynamic and flexible role for an experienced, fun-loving designer with plenty of ambition and drive. You’ll thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment, where you’ll often contribute at every stage of the brief, from concept through to production.




The role


As a Senior Designer, you’ll act as brand champion for our clients, ensuring brand compliance and consistency across all deliverables. You’ll grasp every opportunity to demonstrate your creative flair and craft, interrogating briefs, adding value and maintaining the creative integrity of the concept as it’s applied across varied materials and platforms. We’re looking for someone with conceptual thinking as well as craft.

As you might expect, our Creative team is constantly on the go, and you’ll be a real leader during especially busy times, coping excellently under pressure, thinking on your feet and delivering to tight deadlines which can, at times, require working outside of normal office hours. You will be proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite and will be comfortable taking projects through production to completion when necessary.

You will ensure all of the work we produce is improved by your contact with it, and that the reputation of our creative team, internally and externally, improves thanks to your exemplary contributions.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to nurture strong relationships with all key stakeholders involved in your brief. You will provide ongoing support and education of other departments about the creative process, Provide clear direction and feedback for freelance designers, and proactively seek feedback from our Creative Director when needed.



  • A minimum of 6 years’ design experience in an agency or freelance environment
  • An expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong conceptual skills, plus experience of business messaging
  • Strong drawing/scamping skills
  • An ability to articulate ideas with confidence and clarity
  • Able to confidently present work both internally and externally to clients
  • Experience of working with copywriters and production artists throughout projects
  • The technical ability to take projects through production to completion
  • Experience of brand guardianship and implementation
  • Previous exposure to budgeting and time estimation across projects would be advantageous
  • Experience of delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
