We are a fast moving B2B agency working predominantly with Tech clients, Video is frequently sought by our clients as core content for their campaigns. Our team is small and this role is instrumental in what we hope will be just the start of an expanding part of the creative team. It is a critical role for our growth and we are looking for a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a motion graphics artist, a person that can mentor and educate more junior members of staff, deal confidently with clients and act as a trusted advisor. This role must inspire confidence in our clients and our Client Service counterparts. Original and conceptual ideas will accompany every response to brief, backed up by a strong rationale and understanding of the client’s proposition. Experience of Motion Graphics in the B2B environment is a must.
This individual will be expected to engage with other departments when necessary and be focused on finding solutions to challenges and innovation in their craft. This individual will be collaborative and adept at bringing all stakeholders along for the creative journey.
