So let’s talk about a spot we have opening in our Creative team. Yes, we’re looking for creative writing and content chops, but just as important is curiosity, an ability to unpick complex B2B IT propositions – and turn that into a killer headline, creative concept, long-form content, video script, sales email or more.

About the role

You’ll join a team of writers who are all-rounders: creative alchemists, heavyweight content merchants and digital copynistas. They all deliver creative and content that smacks people between the eyes and is believed by senior business leaders. You’ll be part of a studio made up of designers, art directors, creative directors, artworkers and other writers.


Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Around three to four years’ experience as a writer in an agency or in-house team.
  • Working on campaigns, ideally for technology, B2B or professional services sectors.
  • The ability to distil complex information and explain it in an entertaining and succinct way.
  • Taking a brief and, together with an art director or designer, developing a creative thought, plus a range of online and physical deliverables.
  • The ability to work closely with art directors and designers, plus colleagues in planning and account management departments.
  • An appreciation of using assets at different points of the sales funnel – and an ability to help build campaigns based on that.
  • An ability to write sales emails, websites, DM copy and social updates.
  • Ability to multitask in a multi-team environment and consistently hit deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal communications skills.
  • Being comfortable in front of senior client executives.
  • Self-motivated, organised, driven and passionate about detail.
