Our approach to Inside Sales is different. We know everyone probably says that, but it’s true. We research our prospects, their organizations and their industries. Then we make calls, write emails and use every available channel to create strategic conversations for our clients. We make propositions and products relevant to every prospect, aligned to both their role and their company objectives.
Our USA Inside Sales function is rapidly expanding, and this has created the need for a new role to support with the day to day running of the department.
Your core responsibility is to ensure our Inside Sales team is equipped to deliver brilliant outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for team resource planning as well as daily/weekly and monthly activity balancing, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the team understands and adheres to their campaign briefs whilst also leading regular program progress reviews – client facing and internal. This will include: reviewing and advising on daily reports, activity monitoring, performance management and working with the other departments across the business to ensure program success.
You will be responsible for the activity of the team day to day, ensuring that they are working with optimum focus & efficiency; whilst also curating a best practice library and delivering regular training sessions in step with the UK team and to support with team performance.
As Inside Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be energetic and tenacious, able to motivate yourself and others, whilst planning and managing your own time. You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail and plenty of commercial acumen.
You will always be looking at ‘how you can support the team to deliver for our clients in the most efficient way’. You’ll have a background in sales support with the ability to drive get the best outcomes for our clients each day, week and month. You are a problem solver and have a passion for organizational excellence in sales and marketing program delivery.
