You will own and develop accurate resourcing plans and revenue forecasts, and critically appraise and refine input to these provided by others. You will ensure TMP meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients.

You are keen to own the Marketing strategy relationship with Clients, guiding them on smart marketing strategies while communicating on delivery vs plan, and securing on-going funding. You will be able to accurately estimate/cost and prepare proposals and prioritize and understand internal and external objectives, thereby ensuring we're doing the right thing for the client and the Agency.

You will have strong sales awareness and skills (ability to identify, qualify, drive and manage sales ops) and be skilled in developing and extending existing programs.

You are specifically able to provide expertise and recommendations that lead to marketing solutions in at least three of the following domains: digital, ABM, DG, sales enablement, communications, events.

You love to support and develop the skills of other CLS team members through on-the-job coaching and development and you will have experience of managing a team of direct reports. With your calm and solution-oriented approach, you have the ability to lead and be confident in front of a client, are calm under pressure, and able to problem solve issues presented by more junior team members and virtual team members
