Summary

We’re looking for an Account Executive with an eagerness to understand the business-to-business technology space and all things marketing. You’re ambitious, enthusiastic and driven, and your hard work will ensure we deliver jaw-dropping campaigns for our clients, time after time.


The role

You’ll be playing a vital role within our Client Strategy & Delivery team. Working with two or three major clients on anything from research and material sourcing, to creative briefing and project management, your role of Account Executive will give you plenty of training and development opportunities to learn new skills and give a thorough grounding in marketing agency work.

You’ll be busy supporting the project lead with project-related tasks, such as writing briefs, reviewing the quality of our output, scheduling time with our internal delivery teams, creating weekly status reports, forecasting schedules and creating and updating timing plans.


You’ll be preparing and researching ahead of meetings to provide background information to the team, ensuring everyone is well informed, managing on and offsite meeting logistics, and drafting minutes and clear actions.


Putting the ‘pro’ in project management, you’ll take responsibility for and manage the tasks you are assigned end-to-end, going the extra mile whenever possible. You’ll be liaising with suppliers to manage delivery of key services, ensuring that processes are stuck to, and ensuring clients receive an excellent service.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and able to get up to speed on our finance system, Synergist
  • A desire to learn and keep abreast of what’s happening within the B2B technology space and apply those learnings to your clients, as well as your internal team
  • Experience at sourcing the latest information on a company, person, trend or technology
  • Able to manage multiple tasks across several clients at the same time
  • Approachable and professional, someone who can easily get on with a variety of people in different situations
  • Happy to roll your sleeves up to help with ad hoc requirements to support other parts of the business
