Role scope/purpose

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive with a passion for marketing, to join our Client Strategy & Delivery team. You’ll be at the heart of everything we do for our clients, helping to deliver eye-opening marketing campaigns based on your client’s business objectives.

You’ll be a team player, with a constant desire to learn and understand more about B2B marketing. Working closely with the rest of the account team, you’ll work with an Account Manager and Account Director to project manage multiple campaigns at once, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.


Job duties and responsibilities

  • Client Management and Development
    • Creating weekly client status reports, client-facing budget reports, joining client calls to take notes and actioning feedback (15%)
  • Programme Management
    • Supporting the team in delivery of campaigns: creating project plans, scheduling resource and liaising with teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects and campaigns (40%)
  • Commercial Management
    • Maintaining accurate time recording and budget management records across projects (15%)
  • New Business Development
    • Providing administrative and task-oriented support to proposal creation and estimating (5%)
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy
    • Monitoring corporate news from the client and updating the virtual team on items relevant to the TMP relationship (5%)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • A passion for pursuing a career in marketing
  • Strong time management and organisational skills: juggling multiple tasks to deliver projects on budget and on time
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Able to take succinct notes in meetings and on conference calls with clients, as well as internal briefing and review meetings
  • Pragmatic, with a logical approach to work and a very high attention to detail
  • An energetic, positive approach and ‘can-do’ attitude, hungry to learn
