Role scope/purpose

We’re looking for someone who’s deeply curious about how design works, and how people work. Someone who knows how to use creativity to push someone’s buttons. Someone who can form an idea, execute it, and iterate on it – whether that’s in a digital ad campaign, a print asset, or an animation. You’ll join a creative studio made up of writers, designers, art directors, UX specialists, developers, creative directors and film makers.

You’ll be a brand champion, design guru and conceptual spark. An owner of problems and deadlines, rather than a cog in the wheel. We’ll work closely with you and support you as you help drive the creative reputation of our studio and the wider agency.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Constant Curiosity – always listening to and learning from everyone you work with, as well as other sources from the wider world
  • Highly adaptable – learn quickly and come up with design solutions for marketing campaigns and programmes 
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of skills 
  • 2+ years working experience in a marketing design-focused graphic design role 
  • Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Basic animation ability and familiarity with tools like XD and Figma are a strong bonus 
  • Ability to create a PowerPoint that people actually pay attention to 
  • An expert eye for detail and pixel perfection 
  • A love for visual storytelling and typography 
  • A positive attitude 
  • A collaborative approach to working within a team

  • Work alongside Designers and Art Directors to produce designs that delight the client, fit the brand and solve the problem 
  • Bring conceptual input to fruition while maintaining its integrity and adding your own value 
  • Act as brand guardian for our clients, ensuring the correct application of their brand across a campaign 
  • Own the projects you are involved in 
  • Support and educate colleagues inside and outside the Creative department about your discipline 
  • Represent the Creative department to the wider company with a can-do approach
