We’re looking for enthusiastic coordinators with a passion for organizing and an aptitude for Project Management to join our Client Marketing Team in Seattle. Reporting to the Client Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you’ll work with other members of your account team, client contacts, creative, strategy, data and digital teams to deliver exciting and thought-provoking marketing campaign for one or more clients.

The Role

You are a bright, enthusiastic team player who is eager to launch a career in marketing. You’re passionate about learning, proactive, driven, and obsessed with project management and attention to detail. You are keen to be a key support member within the team with a focus on wrangling project administrative details: creating weekly status reports, forecasting schedules, creating and updating timing plans, and drafting minutes and clear actions from meetings.

You are able to provide accurate and timely administrative and task execution support to the delivery of marketing programs -- e.g. completion of weekly budget reports and submission of resource requests through our scheduling system.

You will have a good working knowledge of modern desktop and business applications, e.g. MS Office, and comfortable tackling ambiguous request and refining them into standard, defined quotes and estimates for existing programs.

Being enthusiastic about your role, you’ll be excited about applying best practice tools and techniques where appropriate, and keen to monitor corporate and industry news from the client to contextualize and share appropriately with your team where it might be helpful to them and their clients.
