Summary of the role

We’re looking for bright, enthusiastic Senior Account Managers, to work within our Client Strategy & Delivery team. You’ll excel at developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns based on client/business objectives, and recommending innovative marketing solutions to specific business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining exceptional day-to-day relationships with your clients, developing a deep understanding of their objectives, and recommending marketing solutions with a real ‘wow-factor’ in order to meet them.
  • You’ll work closely with other members of your account team, client contacts, and internal departments including Creative, Content, Planning, Demand Generation, Data and Digital.
  • Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll own the planning and briefing phase of specific campaigns, delivering complex programmes on time and to budget, driving progress, ensuring issues are resolved, and co-ordinating a matrix team.
  • You’ll report back to clients on campaign and programme effectiveness, and ensure efficient management and delivery of campaigns by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Above all, we’re looking for leaders. As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead from the front, managing and motivating your team and providing solid coaching and mentoring to junior account staff, ensuring they have the opportunity to grow and develop. You’ll be known for your positive approach and an infectious ‘can-do’ attitude. 

Requirements

Digital marketing experience

  • Evidence of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience of meeting complex B2B marketing challenges

Programme management

  • Experience of developing marketing programmes based on client/business objectives, and of recommending marketing solutions to business challenges
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise time, to deliver projects and delight clients

Behaviour

  • Brilliant communication and influencing skills – written, verbal and listening, at all levels
  • Ability to learn quickly, interrogate and assimilate complex information
