Summary of role
The Creative Team at The Marketing Practice inc. is growing and the studio is a very busy and dynamic place. You will thrive in a ‘start-up’ environment, where you’ll be asked to contribute at all stages of the brief from concept to production from time to time. Your skillset will be broad, and more than anything you’ll be open to learning new skills and developing your existing ones. You’re a self-starter.
The Senior Designer is a problem solver and excels at ‘design-thinking.’ You are a master of your craft, quick on your feet, and laser-focused on client satisfaction. We’re a growing and scrappy team and the right person will work with the Creative Director to shape incredible ideas, but also expected to execute your own independently as well. From comps-to-creation, we want someone who can take an idea all the way from inception to client presentation, and beyond.
