... the Finance Manager for TMP UK, including it’s Parent co.. You will be responsible for the day to day financial transactions and management accounting You will report into the Chief Financial Officer (UK Based) and regionally to the Managing Director (UK Based). You are focused on making sure everything is running well, there are no surprises. You have a natural instinct for improving efficiency and accuracy. You’re an approachable individual who can easily communicate financial and commercial matters to non-financial managers, with attention to detail and financial service delivery at the heart of what you do.
Your key responsibility is producing accurate and timely monthly financial statements for the UK business. From entering the sales and purchase ledger invoices to creating the month end P&L and managing everything in-between. You will support the CFO and MD by adding value through making suggestions for improvements in how we do things. You will bring relevant and credible analysis and interpretation to add value to the business and have a natural instinct of making sure actions and tasks are completed by deadlines and what to do to achieve this in a complex and fast paced environment.
You will have responsibility for supporting the implementation of company internal controls and governance. You will support and train through thorough understanding of the TMP way and share your knowledge of financial best practice across the finance team and non-financial managers.
