Graduate Opportunities at TMP

Chris Burke (Planning Executive)

My path towards The Marketing Practice started in a different realm entirely. With an undergraduate degree in Geography, life as part of an exciting B2B marketing agency seemed the furthest thing away in the world, and a career standing in a soggy field taking soil samples was looking more likely.

So where did it all change?

You can read Chris' full blog by following the link here.

Or you can read our full graduate brochure here for more information.

More than Inside Sales

Erica Neal (Senior Inside Sales Specialist)

I joined TMP just short of three years ago. First impressions – lovely location, gorgeous building, very generous company. Specific to Inside Sales I felt like I was finally somewhere where I would learn something and finally somewhere where such a thing as a free lunch (and breakfast) actually exists!

Within a month at TMP, I’d sung a parody to my CEO, dressed as a pirate and won a 1ltr bottle of Captain Morgan’s Spiced, got my first lead and hit my first monthly target! I had also worked out that the role was unlike any other Inside Sales role I’d held before.

For more about the role of Inside Sales at TMP, watch Erica's video here.

Or read Erica's full blog here for more about why the role is different.

Do you have what it takes to be a Planner?

Oli Marshall (Senor Planner)

Before The Marketing Practice, I planned Media. That saw me work across sexy brands from piles treatment and diarrhoea prevention, to negotiating brand sponsorships across a national radio station who couldn’t get enough of the 80s. Instead of the one for Rock. Or the ‘millennial’ one that hosted all the parties. It was OK, though: Lionel Ritchie’s cool.

But listening to Lionel all day and All Night Long, whilst great, wasn’t enough. So, to The Marketing Practice… Hello.

My role is about taking something that’s pretty complex and making it simple.

You can watch the interview with Oli about B2B planning here.
